Greater Tucson Leadership is proud to announce the honorees for the 2013 Man of the Year and Woman of the Year and 2013 Founders Award. This year marks the 61st anniversary of the awards program. The awardees will be honored at a gala on February 7, 2014 at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort.
The awards program honors a man and woman who have distinguished themselves for active support of community projects at personal sacrifice, for aiding those persons less fortunate and for living in a manner which inspires affection, respect and admiration.
The Founders Award cites individuals who have demonstrated significant long-term community involvement and accomplishments and who have helped shape the community in a quality, positive manner.
The mission of Greater Tucson Leadership is to inspire, develop and promote leadership, as well as identify leaders in the Tucson region. These three awardees are being recognized for outstanding leadership, distinguished contributions and dedication to improving the quality of life in our community.
