  • Thank you for your interest in the 2020-2021 Greater Tucson Leadership Program. The Class of 2021 application deadline is Friday, May 1, 2020. The program begins Friday, August 14, 2020. GTL seeks candidates with leadership potential and unique qualities that will enrich both the GTL class experience and the Tucson community. In addition, ideal candidates represent diverse backgrounds, which broadens the institutional knowledge of the class and allows for varying viewpoints in learning about and exploring the topic areas of the Greater Tucson Leadership Program. The goal of the program is to guide the participants into being stronger leaders and change agents in our community.

    Resumes will not be considered in place of any unanswered questions.

It may be wise to log any lengthy, time-consuming answers in a separate document as you proceed. We recommend saving your answers in a Word document and copying and pasting them into the online form before submitting.

    Applications are due no later than 5 p.m., Friday, May 1, 2020. If applications are submitted after the deadline, you will be automatically put on a waitlist. GTL will accept no more than 40 class participants.

    Tuition for the program is $2,000, due August 7, 2020. Many employers are willing to fund all or part of the tuition. GTL has a limited amount of financial assistance available. Those requesting assistance must complete the Scholarship Request form included and return it with their program application. Applications for assistance are confidential and have no bearing on the candidate screening or selection decisions.
