Tucsonans! Are you looking for a way to get more involved in the community around you? Do you look at the issues facing Tucson and Southern Arizona and wonder how you can start making a difference? Greater Tucson Leadership (GTL) seeks dynamic and engaged members to be a part of their Flagship Leadership program “Lead Tucson” for the class of 2022. GTL isn’t another seminar or workshop where you sit in a conference room for a few hours and get a certificate at the end. This is a once-a-year opportunity to meet the change agents in our community and to join a network of over a thousand alumni who reach into every facet of Tucson’s business, government, non-profit and public service sectors. For over 40 years, GTL has offered impactful programming to develop leaders, create social force, and strengthen our community and seeks a diverse group to participate in a year-long program of professional development, personal growth, and connection. GTL’s hope is that you will join us as we continue to create strong leaders in our community because we “never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.” - Margaret Mead

To be an organization that supports inclusion, diversity, equity, and access we work with sponsors and alumni to develop funds to be utilized the pay for tuition for applicants needing assistance. It is our belief that a class featuring multiple identities across multiple spectrums contribute to the experience had by all members, and creates a stronger future for the Tucson Community.
We encourage participants that have the means to pay the program tuition, or have access to assistance from employers, to utilize those methods of funding the class tuition.
We are continually fundraising and looking for new ways to raise funds to utilize in our scholarship fund for future students. Tuition scholarships will be given out based on what is available.
