Utilizing Gallup’s Clifton Strengths Finder program, participants will discover their top five skills and our Certified Gallup Strengths Coaches will use those specific skills to harness unique talents and create a positive, productive, and meaningful work environment

- Half-day workshop - $1,200

- One Month Post Workshop Follow Up - $500
- Follow up for pricing on ongoing strength coaching for your staff:
- The cost of each strengths assessment is $19.99. Each team member will need to take the assessment, and that will be added on to the price of the workshop.
- Max: 30 participants, if a larger group we can plan multiple sessions
