GTL Alumni are recognized leaders in the community, and the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona shares our interest in helping Tucson leaders grow. Because of this partnership, Eller is offering current Lead Tucson class members and alumni of the program an exclusive $5,000 scholarship. The scholarship supports enrollment in Eller's Executive, Evening, Professional, and Online MBA programs — making it easier than ever to build on your GTL experience with a world-class graduate business education right here in Tucson. Public Policy Graduate Credit
The GTL Lead Tucson class is recognized as a proven program for developing future community leaders. In recognition of this, the University of Arizona College of Social & Behavioral Sciences accepts the Lead Tucson class as a three-credit elective within both the Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Master of Public Policy (MPP) programs. That means your Lead Tucson experience doesn't just build your network and sharpen your leadership skills — it can also count toward a graduate degree in public service. If you're considering a career in government, policy, or nonprofit leadership, your GTL training gives you a head start.

Once a GTL graduate, always part of GTL! The GTL Alumni Reunion brings together graduates from across four decades for an evening of connection, celebration, and community. Reconnect with your classmates, meet alumni from other class years, and hear how fellow graduates are putting their leadership skills to work across Tucson's business, government, nonprofit, and public service sectors. Whether you graduated last year or decades ago, the Reunion is your opportunity to rekindle old friendships, expand your network of more than one thousand alumni, and stay engaged with the organization that helped shape your leadership journey. Camp GTL Alumni Retreat
Camp GTL is a one-of-a-kind alumni retreat designed just for GTL graduates! This overnight retreat is your chance to hit pause on the day-to-day, reconnect with fellow alumni, and reignite the leadership spark that brought you to GTL in the first place. Set in an outdoor camp environment, Camp GTL features inspiring workshops, team adventures, networking around the campfire, and fresh tools to take your leadership journey to the next level — including sessions that revisit your CliftonStrengths and push you beyond your comfort zone. The GTL Scholarship Fund helps remove financial barriers for emerging leaders who want to participate in Lead Tucson and other GTL programs but need assistance with tuition.
